Internet’s a place
Where you can share
A whole lot of info
With those who do care
But you better be careful
You better watch out
Those hackers are lurking
To take info about
Your family, your car,
The places you’ve lived
And your favorite song
When you were a kid
And soon with that info
Oh yes they will know
Your banking password
Your money.. Oh no!
Your identity’s stolen
No money in sight
And all ’cause you trusted
That social website
To keep all that data
Safe and secure
From government agencies,
And hackers, for sure
But there was one day
The hackers broke in
They stole all that data
From safe walls within
It shouldn’t have happened
It’s safe, they all said
And so they all posted
What they daily did
And now, everyone
What will you do
If all that’s online
Was stolen from you?
It’s crazy how much
Data’s online
On just one person’s
Facebook timeline
Be careful out there
On what you post
For on that one day
Your identity’s toast
